Yesterday most electronic components was mounted throu
holes and therefore a lot of holes must be drilled in
the PCB where glasfibre is prefred. This material is
wery demanding for the drill. Special drills is required.
And thus expensive. Size is from 0.7 mm. The cad tool
produces a gerber datafile containg all hole positions
and sizes. This homemade tool drills all holes with a
precision I cannot do by hand. The drill consits of a
drilling unit and a data unit.
